Who is this event aimed at?
Spooky Fest is aimed at children from 4 years to 12 years old. Unders 4’s may attend at the parents discretion however no refunds will be issued. Babes in arms may enter without a charge but will not have access to the activities.
Are there flashing lights, strobes and other FX’s?
Yes we do use special fx’s in the mazes. From loud music, sudden flashes of lights, strobes, smoke machines and smell pods.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, we have a catering area that sells hot and cold food and drink and will be available whilst the event is open.
Can I take photos in the event?
Yes take photos in the event arena and don’t forget to tag us however there is no photos or videos aloud in the mazes.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes we do accept all major credit cards.
Are dogs allowed on site?
The event is now all under one roof so dogs are not permitted into the event.
Are there any baby changing facilities?
Yes we have a baby facilities and you can also use the facilities in the rest of the park.
What clothes should we wear?
Dress up in Halloween gear if you want, if not sensible shoes and warm clothes as it could be cold and the floor is uneven.
Is the site pram friendly?
Yes you can bring your prams along however they will not fit in the mazes so be prepared to leave them at the entrance.
Can adults turn up for free?
No, all adults must have tickets.
